He was referred by a close friend for filing a divorce and well, he never returned phone calls, stated he would follow through when a call was actually returned, he never did. It was always someone else’s fault- IE the courts for issues or circumstances preventing the job from being satisfied. A yea...r and a half later I needed my divorce decree. Come to find out.... it was never filed fully, only started. We called concerning the issue cause me and my fiancé needed it for tax purposes... Two months later it still hasn't been filed. He told us the courts had all the paper work and are slow.. I said a year and half SLOW!!!! I called the Loiusa County courts and they said John McNeer started the claim in January of 2009 but never finished the services or submitted other documentation. Before contacting the courts he adamantly told us NOT to call the courts, he would take care of it. TWO weeks later we're still where we were a year and half ago.
