Charles H. Krumbein

Krumbein is beyond incompetent. If Krumbein was ever a decent attorney, he certainly isn't any longer. Krumbein failed to show up to bankruptcy proceedings on two different occasions. Krumbein failed on several occasions to get the bankruptcy trustee the required paperwork. Krumbein then, audaci...ously, attempted to blame the delays on the trustee. Due to his complete incompetence, my bankruptcy case was dismissed. I had to, personally, have the case reinstated and finalize the bankruptcy proceedings. I filed a Motion to Disgorge Funds against Krumbein. Krumbein was forced to refund roughly half of the fee that I had paid to him in advance. The fee Krumbein charges is far above the average rate in Richmond, VA.. Krumbein continually attempted to charge me ancillary fees for handling the case. In addition, knowing that his clients are in financial straights; I find it reprehensible that Krumbein continually tried to extort additional funds in order to handle routine aspects of my case. Krumbein has no qualms in blatantly lying to his clients or lying to a sitting Judge in an to attempt to cover his incompetence. I could go on for pages about the unbelievable incompetence of Charlkes H. Krumbein. This attorney has absolutely no morals and is completely lacking in ethics. If you hire Charles Krumbein, be prepared for the worst experience of your life. Spare yourself the angst of working with an incompetent attorney who could not case less about you or your case. Furthermore, save yourself the money as Krumbeing charges about 50%more than much more talented, professional attorneys who are not completely lacking in morals and ethics.
