Allyson Martin Sladic

Allyson Martin Sladic is of counsel at Roth Jackson. She began her practice exclusively in immigration law in 1994. Her practice focuses on employment-based, temporary and permanent visas for business professionals. She assists companies with the hiring and transfer of international employees. Her primary areas of focus include H-1B Visas for high-tech and professional personnel and L-1 Visas for multinational managers, executives and specialized knowledge employees; labor certifications; I-140 immigrant petitions; and I-485 adjustment of status applications.

Ms. Sladic also has experience advising and representing clients on family-based immigration matters and citizenship applications before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
