Robert Patrick Geary

Mr. Geary represented me as a public defender. At the time I could not afford to hire legal council. Mr. Geary met with me once for 5 minutes and I did not see nor hear from him again until I saw him at the courthouse. He said overall while in court maybe 10 to 15 words. H e never returned mine n...or my families phones calls when a question was posed nor did he in any manner make me feel as though I would receive adequate representation. When the judge asked me if I thought I had been represented well-I said yes-but also told him there was no question of guilt or innocence. Even before I was given a lawyer-guilt was of no question-however I had to have legal council to be heard in court. I spoke more of my situation than he did.He was supposed to be there to defend me and again speak for me and he did neither. . If you care about yourself or if this person has been assigned to your loved ones-I will advise you to request another lawyer.
