Great Experience!

Mr. Rastegar helped me resolve a business dispute that arose from differing interpretations of contract language. From the very beginning he was attentive to my concerns and I felt that he really cared. Throughout the ordeal he was shrewd, deliberate and professional. I learned a great deal from h...im and was pleased with the outcome. I will definitely consult him again in the future and highly recommend his services.

Great lawyer

Jouya is an excellent lawyer who takes his time to get to know your case. He gives you the pros and cons of actions you might take. He helped me with my divorce/child custody. He was there to answer any of my questions and I felt like he really cared about getting me the best deal for my family. He k...nows a lot about the laws in Virginia, which helped my case. He's a tough lawyer, but also reasonable, which was helpful when working with the other side. And I liked that he didn't charge me unnecessarily like some other lawyers. I would definitely hire him again for family law or any other disputes I may have.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
