Biography
I am a licensed attorney practicing law in the Commonwealth of Virginia. I have experience in the fields of Litigation, Contract Disputes, Corporate Governance, and Government Relations. I am also experienced in Criminal and Civil Litigation and am a goal oriented, hard-working individual.
I became an attorney to assist people during the most challenging times of their lives, whether that be criminal charges, eviction from their home, or outstanding debts. Too often, I came across individuals who were unaware of their legal rights and remedies. I believe the best feeling in the world is when I can see the relief of my clients as their weight of their legal troubles is lifted.

Be careful
I feel like my family member was not represented to the highest they could’ve been. I feel like the first offer on the table from the DA was given to us with no other choices. And to retain her was not cheap, I feel like my money was wasted. I feel like she was friends with the DA

Best lawyer ever
I hired Ericka Battle in 2018 for a charge I had in chesterfield, she was absolutely amazing to work with, and got my charged dismissed! She took my case very serious and she really fights hard for her clients!

Fantastic

Professional, Compassionate and Diligent
Ms. Battle was effective in securing an Order of Protection to protect me from my spouse and was diligent in having false and malicious charges he filed against me dropped. She and her Assistant, Kristalyn, showed great compassion as I reported the weekly (and sometimes daily) terror suffered.
