My Commonwealth appointed lawyer was basically incompetent in supporting me as a plaintiff in a criminal case in Henrico County General District Court.. Maybe it was due to inexperience or lack of the science and knowledge of physics in her educational background? She flat out drew the wrong conclus...ion from my physical actions on the defendant’s video. This is a case where she absolutely miss-interpreted what she saw and compromised my case severely. I would have done better without her help and certainly not worse. I should have fired or dismissed her. What a shame to be so lacking in the basic and primary science of physics, yet so confident in her conclusion. She likely has never had a physics class, and subsequently failed me out of blatant ignorance. Avoid her and self direct your case. Her inadequate background and ineptitude are just lacking as a Ph.D. Scientist notes herein.
