Phillip Emmanuel Lecky

Mr. Lecky is well spoken and confident outside the courtroom. He is well spoken, confident and poised. Very responsive to emails and phone calls. He is also very reasonable with payment options. In the courtroom however, he is easily intimidated, meek, and avoids confrontation. He forgets key game... plan strategies. He ignores his clients requests and concerns. He justifies clear bias and prejudice from the opposition. His attention to detail is extremely lacking. My biggest concern is his lack of passion for his clients case, and the progression as a whole. In short, my takeaway is he is there for a paycheck, not justice. My particular case involves my two small children and a malicious Mother. The two children have had to be treated by Psych due to their mother's actions. Mr. Lecky, despite being armed with a novel of evidence, refused to take action in or outside the courtroom, resulting in further detriment to my case than before he joined. I've chosen to dismiss Mr. Lecky, regretting hiring him to begin with, and I would advise you to not consider him for your case.
