Elizabeth Farrar Egan

Elizabeth F. Egan practices primarily bankruptcy and domestic relations law.

She received her J.D. from Western Michigan University and her B.A. from Virginia Tech. She has been practicing for nineteen years and has filed over one thousand bankruptcy cases. She has extensive litigation experience and successfully argued a lien avoidance issue which resulted in a published opinion by the Honorable Kevin R. Huennekens. She is admitted to practice in the Eastern District of Virginia.

Ms. Egan has been married for over twenty years and has a sixteen-year-old daughter. She enjoys reading, knitting, and gardening. She is a member of Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity and the Bankruptcy Section of the Virginia State Bar.
