This is the absolute worse attorney I have ever dealt with. I finally get my SSDi hearing and she shows up with absolutely no documents to support my claim. The judge gives her a piece of his mind saying, you’re an attorney. Where is your evidence? After going back and forth, with her saying the same... thing about an insured date, I knew I was denied. And yes, a year later I got the denial. She ends representing me. I go forward to the appeals council and my case is remanded, something that is unheard of, less than 2% of people get demands. Then she finds out and now wants some fees for doing nothing but screwing me over. Mind you she already sent me a letter a year prior stating she is no longer representing me, and I owed nothing because she didn't win. Now she tried to send a letter to SSDi saying, oh I dropped her, but now I want fees if she gets back pay. I think not. I reported her to the bar. Stay far away from this incompetent attorney.
