Highest level of integrity and ability

I have hired Dan for a number of tasks, and I have always been thoroughly impressed with his depth of knowledge and experience, as well as his desire to do the right thing. My trust in him is absolute, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone for any reason.

Relationship: Co-worker

"Dan Carrell and I worked together on a case of extreme complexity. The case involved alleged wrongful death, contested insurance coverage, two different estates and multiple trusts. There were opposing attorneys and nominally neutral attorneys representing the insurance carriers. Additionally, there were court proceedings at the federal and local levels. The case extended over three years. In the end there was a satisfactory conclusion and happy clients (the ones we represented). If you have a difficult case Dan Carrell is your man!"

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
