The defendant was accused of possessing a concealed weapon without a permit. I successfully argued before the Virginia Court of Appeals that the weapon was not concealed because the Defendant had secu ... red the weapon within his glove box in his vehicle, which was not against the law. The Court of Appeals agreed with me and the case was dismissed.
