Biography
Building directly on expertise derived from my practice as in-house trial counsel for one of the country’s largest financial services firms, I re-entered private practice in 2008. Since that time, I’ve built and managed all aspects of a successful small law firm. I’ve continued to handle arbitrations and regulatory matters in the securities industry, as well as litigation and estate planning matters. This includes customer arbitrations, employment-related arbitrations and regulatory proceedings. I’ve handled more than 400 securities industry disputes or matters.
