I have been a criminal defense lawyer for over 38 years. I have represented indivduals facing the death penalty down to those facing only a fine. I represent juveniles and adults including many college students. Many of my cases involve drug offenses connected with search warrants and encounters with the police in vehicles. Confidentiality, communication, and preparation are matters I take very seriously in every case. I try and help my clients battle the power of the government.

Not a skilled lawyer to represent registered nurses
I hired Mr. Luxton to represent me in a case against the nursing board. He did OK the first time but didn't get me a stay to continue working.
