David Gregory Boyce

David G. Boyce is a member of the Coverage and Casualty and Intellectual Property Law Groups of the Sands Anderson law firm. His practice focuses on litigation in breach of contract matters, intellectual property law, products liability defense, and premise liability defense. He works in the firm's Richmond, Virginia, office.

In a successful law career in both Virginia Beach, VA and Richmond, VA, Mr. Boyce has assisted clients with their litigation needs, including breach of contract, personal injury defense, products liability defense, and fraud and warranty defense, and has worked as a highly effective trial attorney for the past four years. To date, he has obtained favorable verdicts as lead counsel in multiple jury trials and dozens of bench trials in both State and Federal Court. 

Mr. Boyce graduated cum laude from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a B.A. in Political Science. In addition to earning many academic honors, he also played varsity soccer and made an appearance in the 2004 National Championship tournament. In 2008, he earned his J.D. degree from the University of Richmond School of Law,cum laude. While in law school, he served as lead articles editor on the Journal of Law and Public Interest, as well as Honor Council justice. He also spent a summer semester at the University of Cambridge, Cambridge, England.

Outside the office, David serves as a deacon at City Church of Richmond. He enjoys skiing, sailing, Crossfit, and squash. He is also a 2011 graduate of the Richmond Christian Leadership Institute.
