Kyle is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the estate planning matters for which we engaged him. Documents included revocable family trust, pour over will, durable general power of attorney, advanced medical directive and durable health care poa. We threw him some curve balls of trustee changes..., amendments to 20 year old documents, not to mention requests for detailed explanations and advice to include example situations. After the experience we feel very confident and satisfied that are wishes are thoroughly communicated in writing ready to update the family.

Mr. Burcham reviewed my out-of-state estate planning documents and wrote a new will so that it will fly without problems in Virginia. Mr. Burcham determined that the other estate planning documents were valid and solid in Virginia even though they originated elsewhere, saving me a good bit of money....
