Biography
I grew up on the Virginia Peninsula and I now serve my home region by helping individuals and families strengthen their relationships and preserve their assets through estate planning, estate administration, guardianship and conservatorship proceedings, and adoptions. Although I am an attorney, teaching is the family profession (both of my parents are retired teachers, and many uncles, aunts, and cousins are or were teachers). Perhaps because of the family history, I love educating clients about the many options available to them and empowering them to make the best decisions for their futures.
When I am out of the office, I enjoy getting out and attending community events. My wife and I are discovering a new love of hiking and camping (our first camping trip was on the beach at Assateague National Seashore in August 2017).

Helped with Guardianship
Jeremy helped my wife and I obtain a guardianship for our son. He was very knowledgeable and quick to get the guardianship in place. He even made sure that our other son was put in place as standby guardian and helped explain to him what to do if he ever needed to step in.
