I recently worked with Ms. Vinson on a case involving a problem with the title on my timeshare. When I was trying to sell my timeshare I found out that someone had previously fraudulently tried to transfer the title out of my name. After, a telephone discussion with Ms Vinson regarding my case, it was clear to me that she had an in-depth knowledge of what needed to get done to clear the title. She outlined several plans of action from least time consuming and least expensive to a solution requiring significantly more time and effort and obviously more expense. Although we tried the simpler option first but ended up having to go through the longer process of quiet title to ultimately clear the title, I truly appreciated her giving me all the options and at least giving thought towards helping me control my expenses. Having worked with many attorneys of various kinds over the past few years, this was a very refreshing approach that made me feel that she truly cared and was very honest and trustworthy. She is very professional and was efficient in getting the case successfully completed. During the entire process, she kept me informed of what we were doing and what would be the next steps.
