I was able to recover deleted emails showing that client had been threatened and that the person se ... nding the emails, a co-worker of his girlfriend, had the day before called people to lie in wait for client and attack him when he arrived to pick up his girlfriend. We established that client acted in self-defense. All charges against client dismissed and he was released from custody. High profile case with a lot of news coverage.
