I would like to say that Harrison & Cavanaugh are all excellent lawyers. They take the time to hear your case ,research , and look over all paperwork . I had a problem with Harbison's Office Manager, Tom, whom spoke to me impatiently and condescendingly. He called me while I was collecting my autistic son from his school. I could've just told him this wasn't a good time and have him call back but I did not. His manner conveyed to me that I was bothe...ring him somehow. Later, when I was filing my claim online, I had questions and Tom blew me off in a condescending way, spoke to me with an unprofessional priapic attitude, giving me the unmistakable feeling that I am bothering him yet again. Yet, I was still willing to allow them to have my business as long as I only dealt with someone else other than Tom. I notified their office of this and was also told that Christian would call me the same day, Friday February 24, 2017 before the end of the day. Guess who didn't call............but Harbison called me himself, today, the 27th. I assumed he called to address the Tom issue, so I told him what happened. His response was that he didn't call to "rehash all that". I didn't curse, I wasn't rude, yet, Harbison wasn't concerned about how Tom in his firm was mistreating me. I thought someone who was successful would want to know if their business was being ruined by an unprofessional employee. I was wrong. I can only equate from any business owner who isn't interested in the mistreatment of their clientele as irresponsible and unacceptable for me. I need someone I can trust, who will not be opposed to answering questions, or get offended when I deign to ask a question. Unfortunately, that is not Harbison & Kavanagh.
