OUTCOME: We obtained primary physical custody for mother.

Father filed for custody of minor children with mom already resettled out of state. Relocation cases are very challenging but we prevailed by aggressively attacking the very premise of husbands case. ... We countered and they surrendered, knowing we were on top of all the facts and law. Mother was able to remain in Conn.
