I would highly recommend Michael to anyone in Virginia looking into estate planning - he helped make a daunting task manageable. Michael did a full set of estate planning documents (Will, Trust, Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, etc.) for me. We met twice on Zoom (an initial consult an...d a review of draft versions of the documents, 1.5-2 hours total), and exchanged maybe a dozen emails all told. He was quick and responsive to my inquiries and requests for changes and clarification. He was willing and able to give plain language answers to every question I had. In the end these are all legal documents and therefor written in complex legal language, but I am confident with Michael's explanations that they represent my intentions and align with my interests.
