I was investigated by the Board of Nursing and received notice of an informal hearing. Due to the complex nature of my situation, I knew I needed expert legal advice and representation. They were very patient, kind, and informative. They walked me through every step of the process with expertise. They were also readily available and prompt regarding any questions or requests that I had. It also was comforting to know that Ms. Talamante is also a nurse, and is aware of the rapidly changing environment in the nursing profession. I cannot praise her enough! While a Board hearing is extremely stressful, I felt at ease knowing that I had a true professional representing me every step of the way. I feared that I was going to lose my license, but I only received a reprimand with no restrictions. I highly recommend her and her staff for any legal issues that a nurse may encounter!
