Edward Seayers Whitlock III

Hiring Whitlock was the absolute worst decision of my life, and I am not exaggerating. Not only did his extreme lack of diligence and focus on my case cost me all my property, but now I only get to see my child an average of 3 hours a month, while she is allowed to be alienated from me. I get absol...utely no communication about her health, welfare, or education. I was told Whitlock was highly respected by the court, I realized afterwards it is because he is absolutely spine-less, and is a pushover in court. Whitlock strung out my case for over 2 years for solely his financial gain. Whitlock was extremely ill-prepared to present my case, even though he was familiar with it for 2 +years. Whitlock was extremely unprofessional, and such an example was after leaving the court after my hearing, he was laughing and smiling exclaiming he had 'never lost a case because a father loved his daughter too much'. Whitlock offered very poor advice and everything Whitlock told me a total lie. I am sure there are much more capable, professional, and diligent attorneys in this area. And if you are already involved with Whitlock, it is not too late to find a much better attorney.
