Mr. Spiro oversaw my personal chapter 7 filing, which included the complexity of my having 2 business entities winding down and a 3rd in the potentially vulnerable position of re-establishing while my case was pending. The trustee challenged the validity of protected assets of this entity, but my co...unsel's assiduousness over the course of the process and astute reliance on case law prevailed in the end.
