From a former client: "He should be locked up in colitary confinement."

I hired Carl Witmeyer to represent me in a child support/custody case in 2015. He is the worst creature I have ever brought into my life and should be locked up in solitary confinement for the remainder of his life. He even billed me for the time it took to explain an invoice to me. I cannot understa...nd how this condescending, arrogant, lying bully is licensed to practice law. I asked a judge about Carl after I was done with him. The judge left me thinking the judge thinks Carl's first name is Dick because the judge kept saying "Dick."
