Open container misdemeanor charge dismissed
With little notice on my part, Thomas was able to work with the Commonwealth Attorney to have an open container charge dismissed avoiding a misdemeanor conviction. The circumstances made this a more difficult situation and Thomas was able to find a resolution that was agreeable to all. It is worth it...
