If there were 10 stars, Tom would have earned them all. He pulled my irons out of the fire with a nasty reckless driving charge on the new version of the Virginia pull over law. With little notice on my part, Thomas was able to work with the Commonwealth Attorney to have an open container charge dismissed avoiding a misdemeanor conviction.
