Working with Estate Planning of Charlottesville, PLLC, gives you the opportunity to choose how your wealth is distributed and to make critical health care decisions when it is convenient, not when circumstances dictate you must. Plan today for the uncertainties of tomorrow by putting your wishes on paper.
My name is Jessica Tiller, and I am proud to serve the people of Charlottesville, Albemarle County, and the surrounding areas. I care deeply about estate planning and have seen first-hand the impact of a person dying without a will and the conflict that can arise between family members when they must determine the best medical treatment for an incapacitated loved one.
I graduated from Norman A. Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University in 2012, where I earned honors in the Senior Law Clinic and volunteered at wills clinics for veterans, the elderly, and low-income families.
After graduation, I spent several months at a small estate planning firm in Harrisonburg. While I loved working with the people of Rockingham County, I knew I wanted to also serve people closer to home and starting my own firm was the first step. In addition to Charlottesville and Albemarle County, I serve the counties of Amherst, Buckingham, Fluvanna, Greene, Nelson, Orange, Palmyra, and as well as other counties in Virginia.
I look forward to helping you take your first step in putting your wishes on paper. Anyone can be thrown into a situation they are not sure how to deal with once in a while, and it is helpful to have a dedicated professional in your corner. Please, do not hesitate to contact me at [email protected] or call (434) 219-9896. Every initial meeting is FREE, and I am ready to listen!

When a person is incapacitated and can no longer care for their own interests or a child with disabilities ages into adulthood, guardian law allows the court to appoint someone to make legal and welfare decisions for them. I am a court certified Guardian ad litem, who is an independent fact finder for the court and is the voice for the incapacitated person.
