Marshall Scott Goodman

I could not have asked for a better experience with Mr. Goodman. He was extremely diligent (spent time taking pictures to back up my story, answered all my calls/texts immediately, followed up with the court afterwords to make sure everything was fine). We were able to get the judge to take our side ...over the cops and this would not be at all possible if it weren't for his work. He made me feel comfortable throughout it all and I learned the way an attorney should do the job correctly. He also knew all the right people in the right places! A peer had recommended him to me and now I can consider him to be a good friend of mind. Thanks Scott!

I came to Scott with a reckless driving case that every other lawyer in town told me was a long shot and then some. Mr. Goodman was great helping me understand my case and the best way to proceed. He met with me twice before I even hired him, and told me that he'd do his best but couldn't guarantee anything. We ended up having to go to a jury trial, and he really did an absolutely outstanding job at trial and I was found not guilty on all 3 counts charged against me.
