On behalf of trainer, I argued that loss of B sample violated Trainer's constitutional rights and state rules of racing stripped stewards and Board of authority to impose sanctions on Trainer without results of confirmatory analysis.

Dog was accused of killing a neighbor's cat and the dog's owner was charged with harboring a "dangerous dog." At trial, we established that the dog was seen chasing the cat in the cat's yard, but the ... cat's body was not discovered until the following day beside the owner's house. The cat owner buried the cat without obtaining a necropsy. In representing the dog owner, I argued to the Judge that the evidence did not support a finding beyond a reasonable doubt that the dog had killed the cat. The Judge agreed
