We handle all kinds of criminal cases -- state and federal, felony and misdemeanor, adult and juvenile, trial and appeal. We have taken appeals to the United States Supreme Court (won 2, lost 1). We also do expungements and pardons. This form asks how many cases we have handled -- the answer is probably 2,000 for me personally, and probably over 7,500 for the firm.

We handle all kinds of car accident cases cases in Central Virginia. Often the biggest challenge is to find enough insurance coverage to get you reimbursement for your injuries. We try to coordinate health insurance, and liability, uninsured and medical payments insurance.
