"Gary's rating is artificially low by this website's criteria because his practice has gone beyond the local area covered by most attorneys in Charlottesville to a state and national clientele. Gary handles complex plaintiff's litigation on a larger scale that most attorneys with supposedly higher ratings are equipped to handle. For somebody with a complicated products liability or occupational injury or illness case against deep pocket defendants, I can't think of a better choice for this kind of representation"
