Bad situation, Good experience

I was falsely accused of a crime that I would never even think of committing. The whole situation was extremely stressful, however, David Deal provided quality insight that helped me see with clarity. He defended me against the accuser, to prove my innocence. I was very confused, and David was v...ery helpful at getting me to understand the big picture and the entire situation. I highly recommend David Deal to everyone.

Honest, hardworking, and reliable

I don't have a lot of experience hiring lawyers so naturally it's not a task I took lightly. David didn't bog me down with more information and legalese than I needed or wanted, but did share all the relevant things I needed to know about my case. He led me through the process which settled out of... court in my favor. Most importantly in my particular case, Mr. Deal made sure I didn't make any mistakes that would have left me in a bad position. His thorough understanding of complex law was key. He also happens to be a very nice guy. I'm happy to know I have a hardworking, honest, and reliable attorney.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
