Biography
After 12 years in a variety of large law firms, Mr. Johnson formed his own firm to serve the transactional legal needs of private companies and entrepreneurs in Virginia.
His areas of expertise include merger and acquisitions, venture capital financing, lender/borrower representations and general corporate counsel. Mr. Johnson's firm combines his years of "big firm" experience with a rate structure that is attractive to entrepreneurs and privately held companies.
Mr. Johnson was formerly a partner in the Corporate Finance & Securities Section with the law firm of Williams Mullen. He is a member of the Virginia Bar, the State Bar of Texas and the Charlottesville Albemarle Bar Association.
Prior to law school, Mr. Johnson worked for six years as a commercial banker for a national banking organization.
