I had a consultation with Laura Butler and decided to pursue other representation. Laura was excellent with small details and at finding loop holes in the case. She offered good alternative ideas. Ms. Butler didn’t take the time to understand the case or myself to know who she would pot...entially be representing and what I was trying to accomplish. Ms. Butler was visibly angry and frustrated, and made assumptive remarks. I asked Ms. Butler questions and she took them personally and became defensive. Overall, I chose not to hire Ms Butler because she didn’t take the time to understand the case and had difficulty managing frustrations. We didn’t get to court so I don’t have that experience and will leave a neutral review.

When I first consulted Ms. Butler I was in a very vulnerable place being newly separated from my husband. She gave me sound advice and waited to take my case until I was ready. Once hired, this woman took her job seriously and got things done for me. Her paralegal is equally no nonsense and worked as... diligently as Ms. Butler. I strongly recommend this powerhouse team for any woman or man facing divorce. They will get the job done for you.
