Brian Yu-Ho Chan

Mr. Chan was my court appointed attorney in a CPS case. He was appointed 10 Business days prior to a court hearing. He failed to contact me a notify he was my appointed attorney, further he failed to consult with me the day of the hearing, but he was in conference with the county and my wife attorney... for 30 minutes. He was arrogant, not aware of over 600 pages of documented facts showing a failure for DSS to follow protocol, my wife's attorney lying in front of a judge, and DSS trying to cover up that the lied in two affidavits. He then filed a motion against my wishes and had himself removed from the case due to a liability. I have him on tape lying to me about what DSS said. Then two weeks later he recants in an email to me. Mr Chan is arrogant, brazen and lacks the acumen to handle many cases. He is basically a ligation bottom feeder. Avoid him if you can. Bar complaint has been submitted.
