Beth Anne Norton

Beth Norton is the founding attorney of Norton Health Law, P.C. Before starting her firm, Beth served as a nurse in various leadership positions in several Virginia hospitals. She then decided to pursue a legal career and obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia. After serving on corporate healthcare and healthcare litigation teams for other prestigious Virginia firms, Beth realized her true passion was in patient-focused legal advocacy. She has devoted her firm to fighting for the rights of patients in consumer healthcare and assists clients in areas of estate planning, elder law, disability insurance, consumer healthcare litigation, insurance claims, and probate. Her experience representing the corporate side of healthcare law lends her clients a unique competitive advantage through a full understanding of how disputes are handled. Beth also continues her proud history of providing pro bono work for disabled individuals and others experiencing significant health-related issues.
