I was absolutely blown away with the knowledge level and representation that Robert F Keefer provided in my recent DUI trial. Obey the speed limit WHEREVER you drive. Especially in VA! I was driving well over 80mph trying to get to a college orientation with my son at JMU and was summons for "Reckless Driving", unbeknowns to me a Criminal Offense in VA. Now at stake was not only my insurance rates, points on my record, but ...more importantly than that was my government clearances and my private pilots license as a criminal conviction, one looses both of these certifications. I researched on line and found Mr. Keefer, made a call and spoke to him briefly and felt I had found the right representation. I am from out of state and a mandatory appreance in court is required. Mr. Keefer made that appearance for me. Not only did he get my summons reduced, it was reduced to a "traffic infraction for improper driving", wow, that was more than expected! Living near Waynesboro, I was taking my wheelchair bound wife to supper in Staunton. We got onto I-64 and three minutes later we were lasered by a deputy sheriff from 1/4 mile away who claimed that I was driving 85 in a 65 mile zone.
