Without a doubt, Mr. Keefer is a blessing in disguise and I was very fortunate to obtain Keefer Law Firm to represent me. I was pulled over outside of Harrisonburg VA and charged with reckless driving for speeding - 83 in a 60 MPH zone. I was charged with possession of marijuana and underage possession of alcohol. The facts: 1. There were two twelve packs in the room. 2. There were empty beer bottles in the trash. 3.
