I recently retained Mr Keefer to represent my daughter, a JMU student, for a fairly severe traffic offense. Quite frankly, given the circumstances, this was not an easy case and I was extreemly grateful that Mr. Keefer was even willing to represent us at all. Mr Keefer was able to build an arguement ...that the court found acceptable and ultimately the charge against my daughter was significantly reduced.
