I received a Reckless Driving charge for going 89 on a 70 interstate while driving through Virginia. Mr. Keefer was able to get the case postponed for a couple months while we worked on paperwork (character letters, completing an online driving school and so on), and then was able to get the charge r...educe from Reckless Driving to Improper Driving (not a misdemeanor like Reckless Driving). Mr. Keefer was amazing -- I couldn't have asked for anything more. He and his office helped me through every step of the process, and there were no issues with the fact that I hold a UK license and live out of state. I was passing through VA on the interstate, and I got pulled over for speeding. When I read the consequences for speeding in VA I was really worried. I called Mr.Keefer's office and was received very kindly. I perceived him as someone very confident in his work. VA is pretty strict on speeding, and I felt it best to take my chances with an experienced lawyer regardless the expense. I was extremely pleased with my outcome of my offense. I had no priors and received a reckless driving charge for going 13 over. Mr. Keefer and his staff (Beth) were very upfront about what my options were and what they believed they could get it reduced to. Mr. Keefer sent me a list of documentation... that we pulled together in a hurry. He did not have to push my court date back and I was not needed the day of the trial (like many other lawyers asked me to be). He made me feel very comfortable about my case and his abilities.
