My client pulled out in front of a police officer who had to hard brake to avoid hitting him, Officer pulled my client over and soon realized that Spanish was his fir ... st language. He smelled the odor of alcohol, so he called in a Spanish speaking officer who performed the Standardized field sobriety tests. He was honest and admitted drinking between 10-12 beers over the course of the afternoon. The jury was out for a qhile before they came back with a Not Guilty verdict.
