My family hired her for a custody case spending in the double digit thousands on case that we could had won had we not had her. She dropped the ball even with the other party failing not one but two drug tests and failing to being prescribed meds for a pill count after being court ordered to do so af...ter Kellie asked for the case to be continued for another 30 days to get the hair follicle test results back. The other party didn't even have a attorney and still mopped the floor with Kellie like she was mop and glow. Then after losing the case blamed the loss on my family member for speaking in the court by saying " I told you to keep your d*mn mouth shut in there and what did you do? You just had to open the f**king thing anyway; I'm the only a**hole, b**ch, etc in that court room when I'm in there." That person she was talking to was me. " My response was this " Well hell I wasn't even in the f**king court room so it looks like to me you and your b**chy f**k it all complacent attitude is what cost you this win." As I wasn't in the court room at all but out in the hall way. After my response she stormed off with out a word. My guess is because she's not used to someone putting her in her place. Oh by the way the whole case only lasted a total 10 minutes each court date.

Atty K. Krumenacker advised parent of abused young teenager who was scared of going again to unsupervised visitation with her attacker after the latest attack, quote unquote: "have you ever heard of grabbing her by the hair and telling her YOU'RE GOING YOU LITTLE *****?!" (swearword used stars with "...B") ... Atty K Krumenacker grew red in the face as she said this... raised her voice to a threatening level... sweated, got unreasonably worked up, angry, at her own assumptions about the case.. all in a matter of a couple seconds, then looked at me to see my reaction to her outburst. She hadn't even asked for the actual facts on the case yet... She then proceeded in a passive aggressive manner to personally attack me as an individual. I had yet barely said a single word. I began to leave. Krumenacker yelled after me as I was walking away, openly boasting about the fact that she had just “hurt” me with her statement, just like a judge had "hurt" in JDR when I lost custody. Worst of all she looked as if she was actually enjoying saying this to me. All these assumptions while not knowing any of our case history. It was disturbing to say the least. As I was leaving her office I coughed.. she called me "diseased" due to a minor cold... she then said another thing of a sexual nature which I will not repeat here. What struck me as problematic besides her obvious propensity toward her abusiveness & supporting other's abusiveness, was the imaginative drama she displayed.... the immediate, unfounded jumping to conclusions about the case. She didn't even wait to get the facts before she spun her own story, and then got angry about what she assumed was the story.. and her assumptions were entirely wrong anyway. Bizarre experience... disturbing to watch her moods, presumptions and subsequent personal attacks unfold in a matter of seconds during what was supposed to be a consultation with a professional. I am not an attorney, but I always thought that lawyers should practice based on reality, details and facts, not imagination. Beyond all that - as far as technical knowledge goes, she advised some incorrect legal concepts in the mere couple of minutes I had in her office.. things which I have since checked with other attorneys about, and turned out to be incorrect and just plain wrong.. So it's fair to say that aside from lack of ethics and propensity for imaginative emotional outbursts, Krumenacker also doesn't know or care to abide by the lawful guidelines of litigation when it comes to child custody. If you are a good parent, be very wary. Krumenacker is cruel, reactive, out of control, and did not want the facts.
