Defendant hired an assassin who blinded my client with a high-powered rifle. My client had obtained a judgment for over $ 20,000,000. resulting from this assault. Defendant had spent years secreting as ... sets in Texas in an attempt to make himself judgment proof. My firm was able to collect over $ 300,000. for our client in assets which the defendant had claimed were exempt or non-levy-able, even though the defendant continued to reside in Texas, the most debtor friendly state in the U.S.
