Entertaining, but aweful in practice

Warning :: Incompetent lawyer :: Warning Was hired to defend against a contract disagreement, and Phil's incompetence cost me the entire case. He argued points that made zero sense, and was made fun of by the judge, the other lawyer, in court, and in the written motions themselves. Was often the... cause of laughter in the courtroom, which is very embarrassing. He continues to bill me, and now adds on interest. I am having to hire a new lawyer just to get Phil off my back. And I lost the entire case by leaps and bounds.
