I prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance medical directives including living wills and health care powers of attorney, and other documents. I have extensive experience in private practice and as an attorney with the Internal Revenue Service in the areas of estate and gift taxation. I was Assistant Branch Chief of one of the two branches in the IRS Office of Chief Counsel responsible for estate and gift tax.

I assist clients in forming corporations and limited liability companies. I serve as registered agent for some companies. For approximately 8 years I worked as an attorney in the Office of Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service on matters involving taxation of limited liability companies, partnerships, trusts and other entities. i

I assist executors and administrators in the estate administration process.
