This attorney ruined my life. His office ignored numerous calls before my trial date. When I met this man, I had a clean record, I had one charge 20 years ago as a teenager. He lied to me in the courthouse, and talked me into a plea deal, which resulted in lies. When I met my probation intake, I foun...d out the real FACTS to the so called plea deal. What he told me never existed. He made it up. Do not trust this attorney. I now have two charges on my record, because the plea deal did not work out for me. I have health issues that affected me from completing a class. Mr. Funk lied to me about what was expected from the plea deal.
