Ashley Elizabeth Mroczek

Ashley Mroczek effectively conducted my case as my divorce attorney and I would highly recommend her to anyone going through a divorce or custody matter. I hired Ashley as my attorney after months of being in the legal hands of another local attorney whom I felt did not have me and my daughter’s best... interest at heart. Through family and former client’s recommendations, I met with Ashley and could immediately see the compassion and feel that she did have our best interest at heart. From the first consultation, I felt confident and comfortable with her. She listened to me and was truly concerned and compassionate for what I was enduring. I was left in near financial ruin, almost homeless, relentless stress, anxiety, emotional abuse, and hours of sleepless nights trying to figure out my ex-husband’s web of deceit. I was threatened by him that I would “lose my children, be financially ruined, and have my reputation ruined.” Ashley assured me I would NOT lose my children and accepted my case without knowing how spiteful my ex-husband could be. Ashley was encouraging with her advice while still being respectful of my wishes. Repeatedly throughout my case, Ashley responded to my requests for help as the opposing side continued to embark with legal maneuvering with the goal to attempt to intimidate and wear me down. Ashley assured me that things would work out in the end while being honest and realistic about the pros and cons of my case. It was Ashley who recommended participating in mediation conducted by Retired Judge Anne Hunter Simpson. Although there were some disagreements from both parties, it was productive and we came to a resolution without having to go to court. Both Ashley and Judge Simpson were very professional and expressed words of encouragement to me during the mediation process. My ex-husband hired a high-priced lawyer and spent double what I did and I feel my representation was worth double what I paid. In the end our results were basically the same with equal time spent with our daughters. Her communication skills and style are very direct yet delivered in a matter that a client would understand and accept. For billing, Ashley’s staff kept me up to date with detailed bills so I always knew where I stood. Her assistant, Patrice was very knowledgeable and kind to me. If I ever need to re-visit my case or need advice, Ashley is who I will return too. Ashley’s representation has afforded me a future opportunity of happiness.

Ms. Mroczek was wonderful in handling my custody case. She was very knowledgeable about my situation and gave me great advice. She kept in touch with me every step of the way as well. I have been a client of Mrs. Mroczek's for a couple of years now and she has helped me tremendously over the past several years. I have had to go back to court on several occasions with my ex-husband over lots of things such as summer vacation, child support, visitation, clothing issues for my child...ren. We lost once on the summer vacation issue, mostly because Mrs. Mroczek was new into the lawyer seen and did not understand who she was dealing with (my ex). She responds to emails in a timely manner and will return your calls in a timely manner. She does her homework and is not afraid to fight for you. She is very resourceful and is everything that I would expect from a great Lawyer.

Mrs. Mroczek is a wonderful attorney. I am a man that feared I had no chance on getting my children against a woman. Ashley broke those fears and made it possible and gave me confidence that I could. I have had many of lawyers, but Ashley is special. She cares for you and wants what's best. She makes... you feel comfortable and cares like she is your friend. She is so nice and sweet but when it comes to that court room she becomes a no holds bar, take no prisoners kinda person. To be honest if I didn't win I would of even been ok because I knew Ashley did her all, but losing is not a option with her.. I don't have enough words to describe her, but I do know who I want in my corner and who at anytime I would hire again and that is Ashley Mroczek... She is the best
