she failed to get me reasonable visitation, she failed to get me custody, she made me pay for the time it took to pay over the phone for credit card, yes, this is true, I called her to pay with a credit card, and I got a bill from her for the amount of time it took her assistant to take my credit car...d info over the phone, she will charge you for every second of her time. She did not prepare for my case, and she did not ask specific questions that I had asked her to ask, she failed to question my ex wife's attorney.

Ashley Mroczek effectively conducted my case as my divorce attorney and I would highly recommend her to anyone going through a divorce or custody matter. Although there were some disagreements from both parties, it was productive and we came to a resolution without having to go to court. Both Ashley and Judge Simpson were very professional and expressed words of encouragement to me during the mediation process. My ex-husband hired a high-priced lawyer and spent double what I did and I feel my representation was worth double what I paid. In the end our results were basically the same with equal time spent with our daughters. Her communication skills and style are very direct yet delivered in a matter that a client would understand and accept. For billing, Ashley’s staff kept me up to date with detailed bills so I always knew where I stood. Her assistant, Patrice was very knowledgeable and kind to me. If I ever need to re-visit my case or need advice, Ashley is who I will return too. Ashley’s representation has afforded me a future opportunity of happiness.
